Özet

PSYCHOBYL tek oyunculu bir oyundur. Reklam, analitik, telemetri ya da izleme yoktur. Topladığımız tek veri bulut kaydı içindir: Steam hesabınla psychobyl.com'da oynadığında ya da Steam sürümünde bulut kaydı açıkken, kaydının web ve Steam sürümleri arasında ortak olabilmesi için Steam kimliğin ve oyun kaydın sunucumuzda saklanır.

Bulut kaydı ve web sürümü (psychobyl.com)

psychobyl.com'daki web sürümü yalnız oyuna Steam'de sahip olanlar içindir. Giriş "Steam ile giriş" (Steam OpenID) ile yapılır; şifren bize hiç gelmez.

Saklananlar:

• Steam kimliğin (SteamID64), Steam'deki görünen adın ve avatarının adresi (Steam profilinin herkese açık bilgileri)
• Oyun kayıtların (kayıt yuvalarındaki ilerleme) ve son kayıt zamanları
• Giriş ve son giriş zamanı ile oyuna sahip olup olmadığın

Ne zaman: psychobyl.com'da giriş yaptığında; Steam sürümünde ise bulut kaydı açıkken (varsayılan olarak açık, ana menüdeki hesap kartından kapatılabilir).

Nasıl: Sahiplik Steam Web API'si (Valve) ile doğrulanır. Veriler Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) altyapısında, Cloudflare D1 veri tabanında tutulur. Sitede yalnız oturum için gerekli tek bir çerez (psy_oturum) kullanılır; izleme çerezi yoktur.

Silme: Oyunda bir kayıt yuvasını sildiğinde buluttaki kopyası da silinir. Bütün bulut verilerinin silinmesini aşağıdaki iletişim adresinden isteyebilirsin.

Cihazında saklananlar

Oyun ilerlemen (kayıt yuvaları, ayarlar, istatistikler, başarım durumu) kullandığın cihazda da saklanır:

• Masaüstü (Steam) sürümünde: Windows kullanıcı klasörün altındaki uygulama verisi dizini
• Tarayıcı sürümünde: tarayıcının localStorage alanı

Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Steam (Valve Corporation): Steam sürümünde başarımların ve oyun istatistiklerin Steamworks aracılığıyla işlenir; web sürümünde giriş ve sahiplik doğrulaması Steam üzerinden yapılır. Bkz. https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/

Discord (Rich Presence): Bilgisayarında Discord masaüstü uygulaması açıksa, oyun bulunduğun durumu (örneğin "Baskında", "Nöbette" ve karakter seviyen) bilgisayarında çalışan yerel Discord uygulamasına bildirir. Haklarınız

Bulut kaydındaki verilerine erişmeyi, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteyebilirsin. Cihazındaki oyun verilerini oyun içindeki kayıt yönetiminden istediğin zaman kaldırabilirsin.

Summary

PSYCHOBYL is a single-player game. There are no ads, analytics, telemetry or tracking. The only data we collect is for cloud saves: when you play at psychobyl.com with your Steam account, or when cloud save is on in the Steam build, your Steam identity and your game save are stored on our server so your save can be shared between the web and Steam versions.

Cloud save and the web version (psychobyl.com)

The web version at psychobyl.com is only for players who own the game on Steam. You sign in with "Sign in through Steam" (Steam OpenID); your password never reaches us.

What is stored:

• Your Steam identity (SteamID64), your Steam display name and avatar address (public information from your Steam profile)
• Your game saves (progress in your save slots) and their last save times
• Your first and last sign-in times and whether you own the game

When: when you sign in at psychobyl.com; in the Steam build, while cloud save is on (on by default, can be turned off from the account card in the main menu).

How: ownership is verified with the Steam Web API (Valve). Data is kept on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) infrastructure in a Cloudflare D1 database. The site uses a single cookie needed for your session (psy_oturum); there are no tracking cookies.

Deletion: deleting a save slot in the game also deletes its cloud copy. You can ask for all of your cloud data to be deleted at the contact address below.

Data stored on your device

Your progress (save slots, settings, statistics, achievement state) is also stored on the device you play on:

• Desktop (Steam) build: the application data directory under your Windows user folder
• Browser build: your browser's localStorage

Third-party services

Steam (Valve Corporation): In the Steam build, your achievements and game statistics are handled through Steamworks; in the web version, sign-in and ownership checks go through Steam. See https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/

Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): the psychobyl.com site and cloud saves run on Cloudflare. See https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

Discord (Rich Presence): If the Discord desktop app is running on your computer, the game reports your current status (for example "In Raid", "On Watch" and your character level) to the local Discord application on your machine. This information does not reach us; it goes directly to Discord. You can turn it off in Discord's "Activity Privacy" settings. See https://discord.com/privacy

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the data in your cloud save. You can remove your local game data at any time through the in-game save management.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be announced on our Discord server.
